Before continuing, I just want to say thank you to this forum, especially @Alex and the ninja250 wiki guys! God bless all y'all.

7. Went and bought A&L rearset adjusters. I still have some grinding to do though. :/

The red line shows where the peg sat before the adjuster.

8. Installed WoodCraft Lowered risers. I don't know why, but was having clearance issues everywhere. So I turned all crazy and took apart the front and took the gauges off and installed the vapor lol.

9. Installed the trail tech vapor. It's still in beta mode because I wanna keep the analog tach as well. It will look crusty for a bit until I come up with something. Waiting on the speed sensor, because the one it came with sucked. The shift lights are pretty sikk!

10. Got them adjustable levers! pics coming..

I took it out for two very short rides on my street and it feels AWESOME! Can't wait until it's done, so I can go for a legit ride and feel the difference.
