How interesting. We seem to be going down the same road on some of our mods
I enjoy my trail tech vapor but I have never been able to get anywhere near a reliable/consistent tach signal with it, so I was actually working out a way to run the oem tach alongside via a custom gauge housing. Did you have tach issues as well or just doing it because of how much easier it is to read an analog tach at speed?
In regards to the newer swing arm: I've been squirreling away parts from an 09 to do a front/rear suspension/brake conversion on my own 07, and I'm curious what you think of it with the second gen swing arm/wheel on yours?
