If you are that strapped for cash - the stock rear IRC 130/70-17 is $90 (listed in your first link). I've been on both 130s and 140s, haven't noticed any difference between the two.

I haven't read through this thread as it's just not anything I'm interested in - but going with the first post of taking it to a shop to have it done - do you have the tools to do a change yourself?

Rear stand to hold the bike up? Socket and wrench to remove the wheel? Spoons and whatever else is needed to get the tire off and back on? Wheel balancer thingy?

I've seen my tire changed over about a half dozen times now and have decided it is not a skill I am interested in knowing. Taking the wheel to a local shop and $25/wheel gets me a swapped and balanced tire. All I have to do is take it off the bike and put it back on.
