And you're more likely to just hurt yourself once it gets there, no matter how 'strong' your legs are.

Keeping in shape is very beneficial for riding, however it just isn't going to help very much in that situation....
I can hold my bike an inch from the ground then bring it back up, but if it were maybe 50lbs heavier I don't think I could do it. I would consider myself pretty weak for a dude, so I don't think most guys, and stronger women should have a problem holding up the ninjette.
