Rear tire installation

I am wondering if anyone else has had to struggle with putting the back tire
back on their Ninja ? it seams like it's an unusually close fit on both sides
and then to top it off you have the disk brake caliper that wants to move out of place on you.
I got the new sprocket on the rear wheel and started putting it back in on the rear swingarm... and decided I needed my Kids help
.....
is there a trick you use to do this job by yourself ?
.... perhaps like I used to do some times on the old bikes was to put the axle through to just even with the outside of the wheel bearing put on the spacer move the axle out to just flush with it and then try to get the brake caliper in there and aligned right... does that sound kosher ?
Bob.....
