I see the K&L supply rebuild kit more then any other for the Ninja 250.

I know with my carbs the floats needles and seals were bad so replacing those fixed the leak. My petcock was also bad which contributed to the leak so I replaced that as well but you can get a rebuild kit for a bit cheaper.
