That's only the outer level of college, there is far more to it. College is whatever you make it and a lot of people make it revolve around partying and copious amounts of sex. It's the perfect time for it really as you haven't really settled down or anything yet. You need that happy balance of study and fun. It is more rewarding to participate in each for the full college experience.
