Cleaned the carbs and replaced the mains with 110's from the Dynojet kit. Left the stock pilots (38) as the "Stage 2" Dynojet kit only included adjustable needles and replacement main jets.
The mixture screws were at 5 turns out from full in - considerably more than the Dynojet recommendation of 3 turns out.
