If you're in the market for boots anytime soon the Cortech boots are amazeballs, I've crashed mine 10-15 times and regularly drag them on the ground (the whole boot not just the toes) and they just take it. Switch to titanium toe sliders though, I can't swap mine anymore since I destroyed the screws

i got alpinestars fastback wp last week as i do not want a full sport boot. Cant say i am impressed with them at all. little to no ankle support or protection, i am going to return those and get the tcx x-move wp boots. they are sturdier, taller, and have more protection, not to mention they are $40 cheaper.
