The Mercedes thought he hit you, so recorrects and takes off leaving the scene of the crime.... where is the penalty to these people cuz you know he'd be let off if he had.... with the perverbial "I didn't see him".... best part of this he didn't hit you and he has a little bit of pocket money coming out of his pants to pay for the dent repair... lol...
