Sprocket questions

So im looking at sprockets for my 2010 250R. I have a few qestions about them, being that im new and dont know much of anything about them.

What size would be good for me? Ive seen 41, 42, 44, and 45 tooth sprockets. Im not to sure what size the OEM one is on the bike now. Things that may factor in for me and what would be best for me. I do mostly around town riding, and some high way riding. (when im on the high way, i tends to be 20-30 min of a ride) Whats the advantage of the differnt sized sprockets? Is it even worth it?

Also, when im looking for aftermarket parts, most of the options that pop up are for 2008-2009 Ninjas 250's. Will the parts for thoese two years fit and work on a 2010 250?

Thanks everyone!
