Difference in Yoshimura Exhaust?
Hi, i went to the kawasaki dealer today and the lady told me she would get me a yoshimura exhaust for my 250r for around $300.
question is..i want the carbon fiber one. is there one kind or different models of the carbon fiber exhaust? Ik theres the stainless steel, carbon + steel, and all carbon. am i getting a good price or should i buy it online somewhere? im looking at these too links and they show 3 different exhaust styles. i get that but each link has different prices.. not sure y.. 1 says slip on other does not.. http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...50R-Parts.aspx http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...50R-Parts.aspx another link same thing 2 different carbon fiber http://www.morepoweracing.com/wXyk7u...4-32677-32692/ TRC Carbon Fiber @ $439.20 1407272 TRC Tri-Oval Cone Carbon Fiber @ $575.20 1407072 |

If you go full-exhaust you will want to get a jet kit for it unless you want popping sounds from your exhaust and most likely will want to replace your OEM intake. That's what I've learned from reading the forums. Hope that helps. If I stated anything wrong, feel free to call me out ninjettes! |

Full Yoshi system is the best looking system for the 250 IMO. I like being able to reuse the chrome heat shield as well. With the slip on you can still see the exhaust pipe and makes the muffler stick out a little further. The full system shortens the exhaust up a bit and the exhaust pipe is no longer as visible. I am a perfectionist and I like my bikes as clean looking as possible. I would go full system and stage 2 jet kit.
