Alternative to replacing jets?

Anyone have any experience with this???

Dial-a-Jet

Still reading but according to their site, this takes the place of new jets if you do any mod that would change the air/fuel mix. They say you intentionally run a lean setup and this will compensate automatically?

Looks like a good idea, not sure if I see any real benefit though unless you suck at jetting and race or change altitude a lot. I wonder how it is to clean
