Hi everyone!

Just s quick intro: I'm a longtime Kawasaki guy, my first sportbike was a 1990 ZX-6D which I picked up in salvage condition and then restored to new condition. Then I decided to take up racing and raced that bike for a few seasons. I did all sorts of things to it (Piston swaps, ceramic coatings, composites) and managed to get it down to 350lb wet which was not too bad at the time.

As the years passed I went through a few more Kawasaki bikes and wound up campaigning 06/07 ZX-10R's, won a few Pro championships here in Canada and raced a bit in the USA too.

Now I have kids that are enjoying racing smaller bikes at the kart track with our "mini" club here (Alberta Mini Roadracing Association) I've decided to build up a Canadian Spec 2004 ZZ-R 250 (EX250H) for racing in the lightweight sportbike class which exists with both the mini club and "Big bike" clubs here.

I look forward to more discussion on this forum!
