Turn signal issue...

Ok so I have a 2008 Ninja 250R its blue. My turn signals light up when I turn the switch on but they stay lit they do not blink.... Both sides left and right front and back.... This is an issue I have NOT been pulled over yet but I'm worried I might I have no clue what this issue could be. They DO however blink when I am going and accelerating when I change lanes they blink but slow not like a normal 250 would. I was wondering how I could fix this issue and where to look. It has been this way since I bought it at the dealership. They gave a bs runaround and said it'd be like 100+ $ to fix and stuff.... I was thinking maybe flasher relay or something but idk where everything is on the bike I know common things like oil oil filter air filter and fuse boxes battery under bike but idk whats what under that seat fuse wise. If someone could diagnose this issue and what not I would really appreciate it give me step by step what to check and look for pics or vid would be awesome but thank you fellow Ninjas!

im almost 100% that it is flasher relay... it is located somewhere on the left side, under the til section as i remember... and 100$?? this things cost about 5-10$ and are easy to replace.

Do you happen to have a picture or know of any that show where it is or what it looks like? Yeah I figured it was a flasher and you know how some dealerships are they try to jack the price way up. Thanks for help also

yeah just remove the seat and youll see it on the left side of bike under the rear fairing...but also you didnt say if it had LEDs or not you said from the dealership so im guessing stock but you never know..maybe used? if you have LEDs you need a different relay then if they are all stock... also have you checked the wires?
