rea break pedal

hi there I have a 86 ninja 250 and my rear break pedal wont press down at all

there break fluid in the rear reservoir.

I still have pads on the caliber the rotor look good.

when I have bike on center stand and spin the wheel it seems rub a little bit,

but I can not seem to press the rear pedal down at all.

what should I look for before I purchase a new rear caliber.

A stuck brake pedal pivot would be one thing to look for. Then a stuck master cylinder. If the problem were a stuck caliper, you'd expect a little pedal movement as the master cylinder builds pressure.

I found what was wrong with break pedal.
When I started bleeded the rear lines the pedal started pushing down. Been a while since the rear been bleeded.
There 40 percent break pads left on rear.
