Talking Anyone participate on the Kawasaki demo days?

I tried out the zx6r... only half a mere more than half a yr on a motorcycle(250).
This bike feels great... I anticipated something difficult, what I got was totally surprising. Since im so used to hearing the 250 roar, to know that im actually moving somewhere, on the zx6r u make it roar n ur touching 80 already. The maneuverability was another thing I had thought to be difficult but was not. Im still siked about having rode on it.... Will be buying asap.. n keeping the 250 for sure.

I absolutely loved the zx-6r when I rode it. The sound of it in the mid range (green on the tach) and the throttle response. It flicked like a dream, howled like a demon, and rode like.... No I'm going to save that one for myself

TOTALLY UNINTENTIONAL....its just to easy to have too much fun

That's one argument that learning to ride on the 250 is actually more dangerous - you're so used to giving it full throttle almost all of the time, so you move up to a 600+ and do that you'll see nothing but sky!

Now that I've got my beautiful ride, I definitely plan to attend again. Last year only rode the 250, this year I plan to start with the 650, then work my way through the Versys, and KLR. If I'm able to get those checked off I may try a cruiser

Yup, after almost 3 years daily riding on a 33bhp bike (stupid Irish licensing laws) I know I've developed a heavy hand with the throttle

I've also tried zx6r.. I was just a bit intimidated by making a u-turn and also downshifting. Overblipping a 600 isnt as forgiving!

I've had about a month's experience on Ninja250 and about 10mths on a CBR125

I want to SOOO BAD. Wanna ride a ZX-6R really bad, but if I do it'll probably make me want one even more. Would also be interesting to take out a 650 and a 250, among others. A little test of the 200hp ZX-10R wouldn't be so bad either, would have to treat it like the frame is made of glass though

I did they're fun! Only downside is, they make me get a ton of those spammy Kawasaki emails...

but they gave me a new appreciation for each bike I rode for its own reasons. That includes my lil ninjette. I gained a new appreciation for its strengths and weaknesses.
