If you watch to the end it shows you the exhaust and intake tubes routed above water. You'd be amazed at what a bike can do.

Watch end of video.. air intake routed up under front fairing and exhaust was routed up to back seat.

As long as you don't suck in water from either end, it's all good (at least so it seems)
