Anyone here a shooter?
Wondering if we got any shooters on here that maybe shoot USPSA or just shoot for fun. I have 3 AR-15's and a few handguns that I shoot almost everyday.

Man, hold on to the blk rifles and AK's. They are like gold right now. I love my bike but would rather part with it than any of my guns. I only trade guns for more guns.....lol Just snapped this pic of a few of my pistols. |

Which Sig? There are two there. I really like what S&W has done with their entire line. The M&P is a great gun. I liked the later Sigma series and their new SD guns. I usually carry my LCP but my favorite gun is my Steyr Aug. |

Both of them but mainly the one on the right. Yes there are a lot of magpul parts on it but it's a mix of everything. Vltor upper, DD RIS and barrel, Spikes Lower and some other stuff.

I shoot for fun and have guns for home self-defense. I don't get to shoot much but enjoy it a lot when I do. I also enjoy archery and made my own longbow last summer. At last I can practice with that in my backyard.
You are correct about firearms being like gold, they never lose value and are a great investment if one were to ever sell any. I have mostly handguns: Colt 1991A1 .45 cal., Ruger SP101 .357 mag., Ruger Mark I .22 caliber, Umberti Colt 1860 Navy.44 black powder replica, and a Ruger 10-22 rifle. Gun ownership= fun+safety + security + freedom. |

I love my Rugers! I have the Mk II and the 10/22 and that gun has taken a many tree rat. I also have Ruger Security Six and a GP100. I love the 125gr jacketed .357! I used to have my FFL and sold new and used guns for a few years. I remember when you could buy a chinese sks for $59.00. I bought my Mak 90 AK for $159. Obama rage has risen the prices especially on ammo. I stock up every time I get one of those damn gift cards...lol.. |

Obama rage! ROFL , yeah I got some of that too.....come on November!
the Ruger SP101 is my latest purchase, I haven'y even shot it yet. I loved the LRC and almost bought that but figured the SP101 would be more practical for my needs. The big glaring need in my collection is for a 9mm semi-auto. What would you guys recommend? I'm also a big Ruger fan but there's no such thing as a bad gun in my opinion. |

I have the p229 22lr, 9mm conv. on order. and a 357 mag 686-6.
Anyone got the S&W scandium E series gun with the fish scales? When i held it, it fit my hand perfectly. Its a really swt gun. Was gonna get a kimber eclipse, but the S&W changed my mind. |

I have a lot of guns. I have three favorite pistols:
CZ75B 9mm American Standard 1911 Walther PK380 Favorite rifles: Mosin Nagant 91/30 - 7.64x54R Yugoslavian SKS - 7.64x39 AR15 I have more, all are fun to shoot, but these are my favorites. I can get a SMALL grouping on the AR @ 50yds with open sights. Thing shoots like a dream. I had another, but sold it for a nice little profit before big O took office.

I've got a 300 Win Mag, but it's kind of expensive to just shoot for fun (and occasionally makes my forehead bleed), so I've got a .22 neos with a 3-9 rifle scope on it as well. It's kind of like having a zx14 and a 50cc Ruckus. Don't think I've shot either in over a year.

I was up at Bud's Guns(Gun Warehouse)today in Lexington, KY. It was packed because of the LEO and Fireman discounts.
Got to get a feel for some new pistols. I am going to Whittakers next. |
