It's moped mayhem baby!

Footage of me riding in Round 2 of the Moped Mayhem held at the Alford Motorcycle Convention in the north east of Scotland every year on September 8th.

The only rules are that you must pit 3 times and have a bike of no more than 50cc, although there were plenty bigger than that!
Body armour is advised

I'm a member of the Moray Coast Motorcycle Club, they've entered a bike and team "The Greased Weasels" every year, this was my second time round. We had a great time and came 11th out of 38 teams.

I highly recommend doing it, although it is pretty violent, as our team mate discovered in round 1 after breaking his wrists in a nasty crash!

Link to original page on YouTube.

Here's the link!

That is freaking awesome ! I used to ride scooters and mopeds off road all the time with my friends. They all would be ridding full size bikes and quads and I ride passport 50s and Yamaha champ 50. LOL what a blast.

nothing like some serious racing attitude on under built watered down pissed off two stroke road knats lol

It's a Honda MT5, it was donated by a club member who apparently used to tune race bikes. He's obviously tinkered with it as it's pretty nippy!

Glad you guys like the video, all that time spent on Microsoft paint paid off!

By the way it sounds and jumps, that baby should be delivering more than the specified 2.55 hp at 6500 rpm and 2 ft-lbs of torque at 6000 rpm.

I love 2-stroke little engines !!!

It's the OEM traillie version, the MT5.
