Daytona Beach?
My wife and I are planning on going to Daytona Beach for a couple of days this and next week. This will be our first time there.
From your previous experience, what do you think of it? Any nice places we should visit while there? When I mean nice places, I mean within 15-20 mins of the beach. |

There is the beach and the beach, did I mention the beach is there also. They are working on the track but you can still take the tour. There is the beach.
Stonewood, The Cellar, The Chart House, Gene's Steak House, South Turn or Kerr's Winghouse (for wings), Ocean Walk (on the beach) Martini's Chop House, a bunch of stuff at the Port Orange Pavilion, best burger is at the Brickyard on ISB, the few blocks west of the Granda Bridge is all grud and brew in Ormond , are all for eats and drinks. Clubs on Seabreeze Ave and A1A. Jet ski on the river. You have to go to the Boot Hill, Froggy's, Dirty Harry's and the Bank and Blues on Main St. The beach. A lot of people visit the jail after they enjoy Main street. There is every kind of bike shop from HD, Indian, Victory, Jap, European, and custom shops. Walmart is there (three of them)to enjoy people watching. Go down to New Smyrna Beach and hit up Flagler Street pubs and beach (surfing and shark biting at it's best). I really can't think of too much right now. Did I say the beach?

I wonder what Daytona is like with no bikes in it?
Well, I guess you can just go to the beach... |

I guess we'll get there and see. I hope it's better than Myrtle Beach.
