He bounces so high during impact. I wouldn't be surprised if the head tube (and frame) is bent as well, in addition to the forks.

Yup, the forks looked bent. He might get lucky and have no frame damage, it wasn't really that hard a hit. The fork tubes are likely to be the weak link.
