If I wanted to start looking for wrecked out 300s
Where would I go? And by wrecked out, I mean totaled in a bad way, being sold at auction as parts.

You would need a dealer's licence to be able to attend private auctions. Auctions like Manheim, Adessa, and National Power Sport Auctions to name a few.
Im pretty sure you don't have a dealer's license, so if you can find someone that does you would want to tag along with them. There is one open to the public called Cranky Ape. www.crankyape.com
