Wheel help

so I was riding on the freeway and I hit a huge pot hole and as a result I bent part of my front wheel, so far no air has leaked out nor has the tire gone flat but it makes me uneasy riding with a bent wheel, I was wondering is it fixable or is it pretty much owned...

There are people who repair alloy wheels but if it was me I would buy a new one.

You can try to straighten that out some by banging it with a large hammer over a piece of 2x4 so you don't damage it further. If the wheel is steel it may work, if it's aluminum it may be harder to do because it may crack. Ideally, if it can't be straightened, it needs to be replaced. You also have to spin it off the ground and make sure it's not bent side to side and spins true with no wobble.

He repairs wheels and comes highly recommended by Kosman Racing who build Pro Drag frames and Custom Widen wheels. I am currently looking into having my stock rear rim widened to 4.25" (minimum stretch is .75") but need to wait until I have more money in my account.
