Jetting ?'s

Hello, my wife has a 2011 ninja 250. We currently have the needles with 1 shim. We have removed the snorkle and are installing a PLMFG full exhaust system. Over than that the bike is all stock. Can someone give me a general starting point on the jetting? I live in middle Tn and we are roughly 1100 ft above sea level if this helps any. Thanks for any help anyone may be able to give.

From reading others' experiences, you can get a feel for what you need in the jetting department.

This should get you in the right ballpark, but you're going to have to ride it after each change in order to tell what's right. With some patience it's not a hard process.

Full exhaust and removed airbox I'm running 3 shims and keihn 110 main jets, bike runs quite nice on that setup .. tried 105s and bike wouldn't run over 7k.. I'm at sea level also.
