Akropovic Slip-on - Not running correctly

Hi,
I have installed Akrapovic Carbon Fiber Slip - on on my Kawasaki Ninja 250 Fuel Injected. But the bike seems unable to run past 8000 RPM. Kindly someone enlighten me about the accessories I need to make my bike run faster and sound better than stock exhaust.

power commander or equivalent needed to correct AFR
