It is nice. Our race org doesn't allow them anymore. It was only used one season.

Bring the rules closer to super stock, 2013 season was the first season for the 250 class with the organization, it was an open class for the first year.

if that is indeed a picture of his item then it has the programmer controller with it. Not exactly 100% answer but it would appear it is the programmable version
