Benefit Auction For Andrew Trevitt During Daytona Bike Week

Kawasaki will be hosting a silent auction of cool signed racing memorabilia, custom motorcycles, and tons of donated motorcycle products and activities at their product display tent at Daytona.The motorcycling community will be turning out in force on Friday, March 6, in a show of support for Sport Rider's Andrew Trevitt. A silent auction will be held in conjunction with Kawasaki's "Bike Nite in the Daylite" public motorcycle show, in Kawasaki's product display area at Daytona International Speedway. As most of you are probably aware of by now, Trevitt suffered catastrophic injuries in a bike/car accident last November. After multiple surgeries and an extended stay in the intensive care unit, Trevit faces a long road to recovery and is currently undergoing physical rehabilitation. Auction items will include signed racing memorabilia from factory star racing personalities and other moto-centric pieces, including a horde of products and gear donated from many motorcycle industry manufacturers. All proceeds will be passed along to Trevitt, to help cover his medical expenses, rehabilitation and support.
