thumb brake

anybody running a thumb brake?
im intrigued wondering what the feed back is. is 1 brand better than another?

Never seen one, although I understand the stunters use them quite a bit.

I think it would offer more feel than a foot operated one.

this is where im leaning, more feel , and use in right handers.
