blinkers work sometimes
Lately i have been havingt this problem. Sometimes the blinkers work,a nd sometimes not. I checked the relay and it looks fine.. As far as i can tell.
On a ride, it might not work for 20 miles, then the next it will work. I thought it might have been the vibration causing the relay or something to malfunction. Anyone know what might be the cause. |

Check the connection, sounds like they are either loose or you have a bad wire or ground.

Is it just one side at all? Or both?
In any case, take all four apart and check the contacts/wiring |

it is stock signals and stock relay. If the signals go out, they go out for all of them. Even the blinking signals in the dash disappears.

I am thinking ground wire, could be a bad switch too.

is this your bike with like 80k miles on it? I would try just replacing the blinker relay to start with before I started checking all the wiring.

The bulbs are good, its a weird wiring problem.
But can't find it, i looked at all the wires and they appear good. But i need to take a bit more time to look through it. |
