Loss of power?
after a 3 hour highway trip i noticed that i no longer have as much pickup from 7,000rpms to 8,500rpms. the bike just seems to go in and out of power, it feels like I'm out of gas and need to change to the reserves. above and below that range the bike feels fine. i checked the oil and antifreeze levels and they are fine. does anyone know what may be causing this problem....
the bike is a 2001 ex250 with 4,000 miles on it. the carbs were cleaned 3 years ago and was stored properly for those years, since i bought it in august it has be used almost everyday (its my daily commuter) |
