Fork retrofit
The following components seem to be pretty weak in terms of performance on the Ninja 300, in order according to my perception:
1. Front Brake Calipers 2. Front Brake Rotors 3. Front Forks 4. Front Wheels 5. Front Triple Clamps Seems like this would be handled by a nice retrofit, perhaps from the 600 class bikes. What are some examples that seem to work? Getting a set of triples to accommodate would be one challenge... preferably adjustable offset. |

Compare steering stem bearing dimesions from donor bike and yours and that might clarify the triple clamp issue. IIRC from a members busa front end swap, he mentioned using 250r bearing paired with a busa front end will bolt on. The 300 and 250r utilize same bearing.
