Sportisi Windscreen
I haven't seen anyone's yet, so if this was posted before just let me know. I got my windscreen from Sportisi via Matt today, along with the exhaust. I can't put the exhaust on yet, but I did get a chance to change out the windscreen. Personally, I LOVE the way it looks on the bike. I took some pics on my bike so you guys could see what they look like. Hopefully they uploaded ok from my phone.
I went for a short ride (short because of the nasty weather here) but I could feel the difference even though I was only I was only going 40-50mph. Definitely worth the money to me. |

I have no pictures (I have no camera actually, I'm a poor college student) but I also received a windscreen and pipe from him. Same story, I put the windscreen on and it looks fricken awesome, and does it's job just as you expect. Just go in a little bit of a tuck and the wind is gone. I can't say enough good things about Matt, Sportisi, and their stuff. I'm impressed, and I'll definitely buy from them in the future. Their goodies are usually cheaper and just as good quality as any other competitor (probably even better in some cases).
I'll post more rave reviews once I get the exhaust on. And maybe I'll borrow someone's camera too.

My thoughts exactly Andy. I feel ya on the poor college kid too. I've gotta get my bike rejetted, so I'm waiting on that before I can say how the pipe is, but I have no doubt I'll love it. You really can't ask for a better guy than Matt to buy from either!

Love the shape! How dark is the tint on this windscreen? Is it closer to ZG's/Puig's "dark smoke" or "light smoke" tint? Or somewhere in between?

Somewhere in between. It's a bit lighter than dark, but not light enough to be what the light smoke from the others are. To be honest, after with it for a week, I'm in love with it. It changes the look of the bike even more than you can tell in the pictures.

Wow. A post from ztrack with the correct "too" and the only thing missing is a comma? I should have known something was up!
So. College, eh? Maybe now you'll learn to spell and use proper grammar! I kid, I kid. I've never gone Grammar Nazi on you-I hope-and I don't intend to start. Oh, who am I kidding? Just be yourself and I promise that I'll at least try to restrain myself. Quote:
Thanks for those deals though. I'll certainly do my part to act like a rolling billboard for you and your services! Got any Sportisimoto stickers? |

Yes, I have plenty of stickers. Just so you know, atleast 9 times out of 10 if my sentences don't make sense it is because of this damn dell xps not registering a key stroke. The rest of the time I'm to lazy to proof read.

For my F-Zero Blue Falcon-themed project, I've been looking to see if an angular fighter jet cockpit-style windscreen exists for any kind of bike. I haven't had any luck. I figure that I'll have to draw some angles on a windscreen if I want that effect. The Sportisi one seems to have the best angles for approximating it, but I'm still having trouble visualizing it.
Anyway... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/_W0QQ...mZ180353488560 *head ass-plodes* A little fun: Quote:
