Some options;
http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/2620609...&ul_noapp=true These are my preferred levers as they do their job, strong, don't fade and feel great http://www.solomotoparts.com/Pazzo-L...FdgKgQodGQ8ABw Many love the pazzo levers. I do too, they feel and work about the same as asv imho. http://www.the2wheels.com/index.php?...product_id=633 I have these on my 250 right now, they feel great but many others have experienced fading and slight fitment issues. The brake perch part of the lever doesn't hold up in a crash impact very well though. But then again.... breaking levers in crashes is pretty common.

Sorry, my error. I haven't sourced any pregen levers and yes, they are different. Someone will jump in soon with some options I am sure.

eBay, they are all about the same.
I've had a pair on every bike I've owned, except the virago.

Sorry, not searching eBay for you. "2005 ninja 250 lever"
That will get you there, and they are more like $25

"Leave a note with model and year of bike"
They are for all... Just as long as you message seller and clarify... But ok just click related products and win! find one with the selection in the posting, so you don't have to worry about communication. |

If you go further down the ad, they list the bikes and years they will fit. Only 2008 -2012 Ninja 250's are listed.

Yeah, this smartass gave you your answer, you just needed to go find it. I gave you your search terms, I even verified that it worked, that is exactly how I found mine.
Help is giving someone the info they need to find something, not doing The thing they are trying to do for them.

He would have succeeded reguardless of what "those levers" we're good for. As the seller in my first post, would have in fact shipped pregen levers had he asked for them. The smart asses, were the ones who responded to my direct link, saying "new gen only it says so!!" Don't be mad I spoon fed him. he said himself he did not have the knowledge to shop for them online. He was worried about what he would RECEIEVE REGUARDLESS of what your search terms brought up... Clearly help is interpreted many ways. As I know for a fact what I did was help. He now is waiting to receive the part he was looking for... And he would still be reading through multiple ads trying to BE SURE he was getting what he wanted... |

BWAHAHAHA!!!
Thought I had logged onto BCSportbike wars! OP & BC: there was nothing smart ass about Jason's reply! He pointed you in the direction to look! That's great BC took the time to go further with it but it doesn't make Jason a dink because he helped but not as far as you wanted! It's not as if he insulted you! However; you are insulting Jason for posting a helpful reply. I doubt you'll have to worry about him replying again! Probably not what you were intending. As for shorties; Pazzo all the way! But; they're ridiculously expensive! I have them on all my bikes. I just don't buy my grandkids Christmas presents!

The problem was not with his initial response, he called me "a smart ass" because I gave him the direct link, and said, you can message the seller he can get what you need... And the reason I gave that link was because when I personally searched "ninja 250 pregen 2005 lever shorty" that item came up... I wasn't being a smart ass in the first place! I could clearly see how this guy was having a problem finding the exact item listing... I didn't like how he called me a smart ass, that was all, when all I did was link.. Especially when he was posting his final post in a "smart ass" way... I posted to help, and literally got called a smart ass for no reason :/ I don't know Jason personally, sorry if I'm misunderstood, maybe I took the smart ass thing to seriously! Let's all be friends!! :P By the way, I love your comment about the grandkids hahaha! That's gold! |

I know, that's why I said I was the smartass that offered up the info for him to find what he needed.
