2005 Ninja front turn signals
So I need to replace my right side front blinker. I’m thinking why not just get a pair of flush mount trun signals, right? But here’s my problem. I ordered some from Amazon, but seller suddenly claims they were lost. Seems this “USA Seller” maybe in the USA, but his stuff ships from China.
So I’m looking at many others and most say they also fit the Honda. My thought is that if they also fit the Honda, I’ll bet they don’t “fit” both bikes, but require you to mod the bikes to use them. Others say they fit the 250 f, but the instructions say easy fit, just drill two new holes... So I guessing some of you have replaced their turn signals and just maybe you found some that really are for the ninja, not universal mount, and maybe from like a seller in the USA that has stock in the USA Thanks, |

Universal means they come with bullet connectors and you’ll need to cut those off and add appropriate connectors to plug into harness. Easy enough to do with these: http://easternbeaver.com/Main/Elec__...onnectors.html
Some Hondas do come with same connectors, but you really need to confirm which models. Also many generic universal LED signals are too dim. I prefer a bright incandescent bulb in my flush-mounts. https://www.luckybike.com/turn-signa...universal-1801 https://www.dimecitycycles.com/bikem...mber-lens.html https://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/...t-turn-signals https://www.walmart.com/ip/HTT-MOTOR...ikes/997174735 Here's one that might fit without custom wiring: https://www.ebay.com/itm/331836697815 Last futzed with by DannoXYZ; May 31st, 2018 at 08:45 AM. |
