Piston charts??

Is there somewhere where I can find different size Pistons with their measurements??
I know it's a long shot but I'm building a custom engine and I'm sort of new to the custom scene, I have done mods in the past but it's from things already made for the engine.
I'm just looking for a certain size piston.

Stock piston size I'm working with

Piston Diameter: 75mm
Piston Height: 46mm
Compression Height: 22.5mm
Wrist Pin Diameter: 17mm
Wrist Pin Length: 57mm

Or better yet can someone help me with how to search for a specific piston size?

You also need to know the measurement from the centre of the wrist pin to the top of the piston

That's compression height = 22,5mm

As for piston sources, I usually peruse Wisco and JE piston catalogues:
http://www.wiseco.com/Powersports/Pistons.aspx
https://www.jepistons.com/Catalogs/P...rts/Index.aspx

Usually you can find something that's matching. If not, you can always fill out form and get pistons made to your exact specs. I usually go to Wossner or Arias for that. Looks like Honda Helix CN250 pistons match your specs.

Thanks for the info, yeah it's the motor I'm working with. I will browse through those websites and see what I come up with.

This is very popular engine for buggies and karts since Helix was produced for over 20-years. Typical big-bore kit:

Web Cam has performance grind for it.

From those numbers it sounds like a Honda fireblade 954 or 1000, engine. There are +1,+2 mm pistons for those, or you can look at other Honda to match the wrist pin size. Later CBR1000’s use a larger bore, the limits will be determined by the between cylinder thickness & if nikasil the ability to get them replated.

That's pretty damn close! 74.9mm piston 17mm wrist pin, but the clearance was off a little which I can work with. 23.3mm over by .8 which isn't a lot I can get a spacer or see if the shop can help me out with an alternative.
