carb boots
I am trying to find replacement carb boots for my 04 gpx 250 but cannot find anything. I can found allot of 88-95 and 07+, Just wondering if the 95 would fit. Im assuming the newer ones would have changed to much.

They are the same 87 to 07. Don’t know about +07? Just make sure you put them on the correct way around. They have “carb” stamped on one end if I remember correctly which must face the carb. Putting them on the wrong way around will have a small negative effect on performance.

Depending on market, ‘86-87 was 1st-gen and used boots #16065-1141
Pre-gen models ‘88-07 should use part#16065-1156 and can be found here: https://www.bikebandit.com/oem-parts...5-1156/b781826 New-gen ‘08-12 boots are shorter and won’t work. |

That’s right - the first gen had 32mm carbs I think. After that they went to 30mm so I guess the boots were a different size starting 88.

Yup, same thing. All pre-gen ‘88-07 used same air-ducts.
