This project is most interesting, and can't wait to see the show about it. For the exhaust, definitely A, really don't care for the cone pipes on any type of bike.

Nice, are you running Brembo calipers too? Lots of titanium. I am also running Moto America race slicks from my friends at Rodio Racing. Can't wait till we get it done and see where we are at in regards to wet weight.

I'm using Nissin caliper from CBR600. Although factory caliper should work too. It's the larger diameter that give most improvement.

I stocked up on MotoAm Q3+ take-offs when I lived near Sears Point Sonoma.

No warmers needed for Q3+. I usually just ride them around pits for 5-min before gridding. Then one fast warm-up lap and they're ready.

In used Alpha-13sp my first season with Oxford warmers, but stopped 1/2-way through. Way AFM was running their races with multiple waves and lots of waiting around, any heat from warmers was long gone anyway. Next season I used Alpha-14, then Q3 and Q3+. These don't need warmers really, being DOT-R tyres.

I'm going to try R11 next, it'll be my transition to slicks. A lot of people report they warm up quickly and don't need warmers either. It's ironic that warmers are more useful for track-days where you can get on track right after taking them off. Whereas for races they're not as helpful due to all the waiting around.

.
The tires i have from Rodio are the full race slicks not dot tires. Only full race slicks that do not require tire warmers are the new metzlers and they are hard to get.
