[webbikeworld.com] - Recall: 9,353 Can-Am Rykers Recalled over Handlebar Bolt

A recall has just been released affecting Can-Am’s 2022 Ryker, courtesy of a warning from parent company Bombardier Recreational Products.*

According to the U.S NHTSA, a handlebar bolt is the suspect, with a risk of crashing via loss of steering being the main worry – and apparently, the injuries have already started accruing.

“There was one injury, a sprained ankle. Another 56 bolts broke while dealers were preparing the motorcycles for delivery.”

If you own a 2022 Ryker and aren’t sure if you’re included in the calls being made, be sure to park your Ryker and contact BRP customer service at 1-888-272-9222 (BRP’s number for this recall is 2022-16).*
