Blew my tire..alignment is messed up now?

so i blew my right REAR tire last night, put on the spare and took it back home and my buddy let me borrow one of his extra tires lying around.

now all of my tire's sizes are 205/60/15,
EXCEPT for the one i put on the one i blew. that one is 195/60/15.
now after i changed the tire i noticed my alignment went to hell.
its pretty bad lol. so my question is doe the size difference really cause the alignment to go like that? or am i gonna have to go get a realignment.

oh and i have a welded differential to . so would that be effecting it to? it was running fine before even with the welded diff when all my tires where the same size.

thanks in advanced

put the same size it tire back on. what you have now should be a temp setup. you should never mix different sized tires on an axle and should be corrected as soon as possible.

well, as long as nothing was bent/broken when the tire blew, the smaller tire you put on would definitely cause some weird handling/symptoms.

the welded diff doesn't help.

Welded diff + mismatched tires = one tire being quickly destroyed.

If you swap to mismatched tires, swap the front, not the rear.

Out of curiosity, why the welded diff? I'm guessing you do a lot of drag racing?

drifting . ahh but yea, switching it to the front would help?
240sx . dunno if it being rwd really makes a difference?(as far as the alignment being terrible)

Well the tire will last longer on the front than on the back. Alignment may still be off, but it will be better for the tire and your drivetrain.

FYI: Smaller diameter tires up front = more weight on the front end (due to the front end being lowered) = Less weight in the back = easier slides.

A single tire being under or over inflated can throw off your alignment, let alone a odd size tire. Like the others said, get a new one of matching size ASAP.
