I would suggest a different one : KOBE Dragon Breeze

http://www.kobeusa.com/jackets_dragon_breeze.html

I have owned this jacket for 3 years and I am highly impressed with its quality. The leather is thicker than other brand name jackets, looks fantastic and the best part is the price.
I am surprised why these are not popular yet.

That actually looks pretty sweet. I think the reason I ended up with the All-in is that when I was looking, it was on sale for $200, looked retro yet modern which was perfect. I'm not too sure I like the back of the KOBE though. It makes me feel like i have a reptile spine. =/

Yeah the back looks kinda weird. Other than that it looks good!

Update.. I ended up finding a large black version of the Scorpion All-In on Sportbiketrackgear.com and I bought it. I am going to exchange the silver one I bought from Newenough with a small one for myself

haha that's cute. Scorpion makes a couple great women's jackets. I've been wanting to get one for my GF soon so that she'll be well protected even though she'll most likely be a passenger. Gratz on the find. Its super heavy isnt it?

It's heavy, but that will be perfect for winter riding. I'm cold blooded so to me anything below 60 degrees is COLD.

I don't mind wearing a man's jacket so it'll be a bit longer on the back and will cover it nicely all the way I thought about just returning the one I originally bought, but the $ 150 deal was too irresistible so I just exchanged it instead

The back has the foam spine protector sewn in which gives the "reptile" look.
And when they claim thick leather..they really mean it.the down being that the jacket is kinda heavy.
either way..I look at it as safety > aesthetics

i suggest you check out the return/exchange policy for the jacket and plan to give it to him earlier just in case it doesn't fit...i'm notorious for missing the refund deadlines.

30 days return policy for him If he doesn't like it or doesn't fit right, I can return it within the 30 day deadline
