drunk to this post when you're thread.
Ok, so it's pretty simple. Post here if you're drunk out of your mind. If you can remember, post what you drank to get there and whatever nonsense you like. Or even pics of drunk people that have fallen prey to the sober
post pics pls! (I would post, but i'll do it in the morning, seeing as how i'm getting drunk and lazy right now and can't figure where the hell I left my camera) Just got done playing COD : Black Ops, and found that it was pretty pointless. It's pretty amazing how 3 beers can get you hammered? maybe it's a placebo effect since I see it as "3" instead of "just beer". What's your poison of choice? Yay for belligerent inducing beverages! Disclaimer* NO. i do NOT condone drinking and riding. or even operating some form of motorized transportation. If you want to kill yourself, feel free to...But not at the expense of innocent people and other riders on the road. Be smart, ride safe.

Lol, I saw 5:53 AM and was like, DAMN! Alcoholic... Then I saw GUAM, and I was like... OK, cool. Yup, I'm pretty much done after 3 beers as well, 3 proper beers that is. I prefer the stouts...

Not limited to beer. Any alcohol. Heck, even if you got drunk off Bacardi silver, tell us about it.

i admit, i have drank and drove...but I was not drunk per se..I had a beer maybe two. I have been pulled over and was honest about it too, and wasn't cited or arrested, cuz I still was capable of walking the straight line and/or following the tip of the pen with my eyes only.
but I will NEVER get on a bike after even one beer. no spank you.

Aw there is more to the story! I don't think i'd even said anything if it was 3 hour before hand. I think beer goes though your system with in two hours. May be wrong, im no doctor.

It's one serving per hour to stay under the limit. It takes an hour for one serving of beer, a shot of liquor, or glass of wine to be absorbed by the body. At least that's the standard the medical profession goes by in all the DD videos and references I've seen.
So after that 3hrs since your last beer, you probably would have even passed a breathalyzer test. |

I am a light weight as well. 3 servings of any type of alcohol and I am feeling good. My worst enemy is tequila, it makes my clothes fall off.

I like my Scotch curled up on the couch listening to the stereo. Some old Coltraine is always a plus.

Does the diametric opposite of drunk count? I don't drink alcoholic beverages, but I am near constantly under the effects of high levels of caffeine.

When I came back from Vietnam, people did not know I drank until they saw me sober. At some point six months later, I decided that I did not want to leave my Liver to the Smithsonian to be used as a door stop. I now enjoy 1 glass of red wine with supper and a very ocassional shot of really good single malt Scotch. Alcohol intake beyond that makes me stupid--and I don't like that feeling. Also, Never alcohol when motorcycling or bicycling. One drink limit when I use the cage.

I'm pretty new to drinking since I actually waited for my 21st last July. I got to own and ride my ninja at 19 before my first beer at 21. "SUPERCOOL"
Tried Whiskey, too strong, will have to give it time and more consideration Tried beer, still disgusting no matter how much I drank... (been told a thousand times it is an acquired taste) NO. Tried rum, ok, but still didn't taste right to me. So far my favorite is vodka, specifically by Pinnacle. Goes down pretty smooth straight and leaves this tingling sensation in my throat and mouth. Also, mixed drinks with vodka are good, but I can never seem to mix them right and I torture myself sipping them... so straight it is. |

I'm not completely drunk, but I had enough wine at dinner to figure I qualify for this thread. I had a good ride today followed by an AMAZING dinner at a local steakhouse with a girlfriend for no other reason than to go out and have girl's night. Wine was a 2006 Bodegas Muga Rioja Reserva -- highly recommended!

Also, I'll have to try that Carabou Lou. Sounds good! I'm personally more into trying new drinks versus JUST getting drunk. I mean, I'm still new enough to the feeling that it's still fun, but I can see where it loses it's appeal. Trying new things never gets old though. |

Am a homebrewer myself, but have decided to take a break thanks to all the great riding weather (it's hitting 30C plus out my way, before summer too! Man my leathers are gonna need hosing down something fierce). Usually 3-4 brews put me well out, but have decided to gamble tonight with a bottle of 33 OP Rum (76% ABV, 152 proof stateside). Thought it'd be rocket fuel that could serve as bike fuel just in case, but has a very pleasant honey flavour and lubricates your tongue (chain lube substitute, maybe?) Have had 3 and think I'll call it a night. Powerful stuff.
Not sure if this is a relevant to the thread, but does anyone notice that different alcohol gets you different drunk? (like beer and rum, or whisky all make you drunk, but they're different types of drunk?) Yes that took a long time for me to write this. So, in true tradition (mine) I'm going to have another drink and play tourist trophy, as I'd never, EVER jump on a bike like this in real life. I'll even crash a lot in the game to remind myself WHY riding and drinking don't go together. And lose races. Yes I changed my mind mid thread too. Don't think I didn't notice. |

HAHAHAHA I love the camera dynamics...
Also, do I sense a romantic? I've never heard of a lady being compared to a helmet. Had me in stitches. Oh... and then the crack at my username. many have tried and most have failed, but I'd say you got close enough. Closer than the sober ones that have tried. Who-da-do-da And I'll try and get a video up at some point and I'm sure I'll be needing a drink Friday night... ugh, I'm so excited for Black Friday |

Wow....ummm....it actually takes quite a bit to get me drunk. Not just buzzed or mildly nautious, mind you....but stupid, retarded "writing all over an Appleby's with a crayon and singing ballads to the ladies" drunk. Last time I got that drunk I was literally drinking everything in sight. Including a candle....maybe the candle was laced with something?
