My dog dont hunt. lol Ever seen a doberman as a retriever?? We do have a well trained lab on site who sleeps after all the doughnuts are gone. She will awake at the click of a safety, flapping of the flag, or the of the honk of a nearby goose. Shes a goooooooood dog. Knows where to go just by looking at which direction the guns are firing and can keep track of 3 hunters shooting at a time. (in different directions) Takes hand signals, and will lay flat and still if more birds are coming in while shes out retrieving. (without a command) DAMN GOOD DOG, wish she was mine.
Ive posted quite a few more vids since this thread began. Were getting close to the 2nd best year on record and might even beat the old record before the season is over. Were at 51 geese as of tonight with over a month to go in the season. FYI What doesnt go in the freezer, gets donated to the wild game feed in the county, whos proceeds goto a good cause.

FYI the record was tied today and the weather looks stellar for goose hunting tomorrow and fri. I gota go buy more shells. 3 inch 1 1/4 oz BB Black Clouds here I come.

Ill agree they are vile creatures. lol They tear up the golf course.
They make good jerky. Goose and noodle soup = Good Breasts are OK. Once in a while. We donate what we dont keep to friends and a wild game feed. BTW we ended the season with a count of 96. BEST SEASON EVER.
