Drop the price. Off it quick. forget about it and move to something else. You might need a few bucks with it.

Let me know I know another dealer of used bikes also. Saw a sick use 2007 with a jardine exhaust for $5000 in great condition. Mountain Motorsports in Montclair, Ca. south of the 10fwy on Mountain blvd. (bottom of GMR east entrance near five guys/haven ave.) Bunch of good used bike dealers out there I know of. I been through a few used bikes! You want me to go anyways if you buy used for my expert opinion haha.

I wish I had 20 more motorcycles.. Let's go visit Jay Leno.

Wow, prices in Cali are a lot different than up here in WI. You'd be lucky to get $3500 in the spring for it up here, let alone winter. I have mine on CL for $3100 with 3.5k miles and haven't gotten a single email in almost a month.
