so unless you hear poping it would help right but all im going to add is a slip on (leo vince) so i dont think i should right.

Yeah, I don't expect a slip-on will open up your exhaust flow to sufficiently lean out the already-lean to get the popping/minor backfires that are characteristic of bikes with the Kleen Air and modded engine airflow.

It's also pretty easy to cut one of these yourself out of some steel (or even aluminum) plate with a dremel.

FYI... I just checked the service manual that I got for a 2012 and the torque spec is 9.8 N-m or 87 in-lbs for the two "air suction cover bolts."

Question

So,if I end up taking my bike in to a shop to have the jet kit installed and dynoed (full Area-P installed). Should I get a plate and have them do it at the same time? Or can it be done later on if the bike pops and backfires?

Block it off before the dyno or your A/F readings may be off. Or pinch off the hose when on the dyno.
