Saw a new safety item on reddit!
I saw a post on reddit that linked to this 180 degree mountable mirror that could add a ton more safety to everybody's riding.
RiderScan I'm just not sure where it would be best to mount such a part on a ninja 250. |

That is quite neat! The stock mirrors on the 250r are so useless for me.

That's cool if you can adjust to the distortion, maybe mount it in the center of the windscreen towards the top edge? That might work better with a higher screen like a double bubble

I actually should be receiving my zero gravity double bubble tomorrow, I might consider ordering this thing once i'm sure about the mounting. It's pretty inexpensive for the peace of mind.

Just to be negative, I would say that the mounting location is too low to be practical in quick looks and decisions on the road.
It could be good for tucked position, but it may also interfere with vision ahead then. No bad for normal cruising. Just out of curiosity: How can you order and pay in pound-sterling?

Paypal will convert it at checkout, and you just have to pick rest of the world shipping.
As for practicality, I can see under my windshield with my peripherals pretty easy so it wouldn't be very hard for me to glance at it every now and then to get an idea of what's behind me and in my blind spots. It's not an item i would recommend somebody to rely on but just to use to have a bit more awareness on the road. As for tucking i think it would work great if the installation angle is just right i would imagine. |

Wow this really is a neat product. I may actually end up buying one just for the extra safety and peace of mind it could offer to the right person. Relatively cheap too for a nice design. Id definitely put it on my windshield.
