Mmmmmmm, still don't see em. Must be a custom because the fender doesn't look right either.

It's got a front swing arm like the Bimota Tesi. This prevents the front end from diving under braking. During braking the bike wants to ride up over the top of the front axle countering the diving effect. Why would someone go to this extent on a run of the mill Kaw? If you look close the bike has a side car mounted to it. Front end dive is hazardous when running 3 axles.
