2008 vs 2012 service manual? And bike in general?

Hey I own a 2008 ninja 250 and my girl has the 2012, if I buy one service manual for the 2012 will I be set or are there differences between the years ill need to be concerned about?
The Kawasaki part #'s are different for the 2 years service manual
-Any one have a link to the pdf's of either years?

-General question : Is the 2012 the same bike as the 2008? any difference , any parts not interchangeable?

They may have made a minor revision or changed a couple parts that waranted a new revision number, but they will be 99.9% the same, if not 100%

Make sure the part number for the books you're lookimg at are both the carbed bike models, european FI bikes have different electronics, gauge clusters, intake, a rubber thing on the engine and a few little geolegal tweeks, the manuals would be very different.

I did find a small fraction of a change which can go to show you the little difference and it was by watching DIY vids in the sticky - some of the fairings use either an alan wrench or philps head. I wanna say it was the air filter.
