Custom Seat Creations
I picked up a set of seat covers from Custom Seat Creations for real cheap. I put them on today, but I'm still not sure about them. Be honest, what do you think? Rear cover with or without the strap?

I actually really like those. I'd be interested in seeing a different color other than green though. I also prefer the strap, but I'll probably be alone in that.
Do they make other colors? A deep red would look fantastic...

I like the strap on there because it fills the notch cut in the seat. Without it the green amplifies the notch and makes it look uneven.

I dig it. Also thinking red would look good. May have to look into this.
And yes: with the strap, IMO. Looks good! |

I'm sure they can do custom colors and designs. They are called "Custom Seat Creations"!

Looks good, I'd leave the strap there to cover the gap.
I didn't see any 300 stuff posted on their sites, did you just call them or are they local to you? Posted via Mobile Device |

Stock rear seat had a strap...so I kinda prefer with the strap on as well haha. I guess green rim tape would finish off the look? |

Whoever thought those fake vents for undertail exhaust would look good on this needs to be shot.

Looks great with the strap. How is the feel of the seat?

No, the seat cover is for a 250. I had originally intended to put the front cover on my race bike and the rear in the trash. When the covers arrived I set them on the 300 and decided to give it a try. Even though they were made for a 250 there was enough material to cover where the seats are shaped differently.

It only shows solid colour seats on their site for me, and the picture does not update to show the new colour, and the only material choice seems to be CF which I presume to be carbon fibre, which isn't very appealing to me. Your seats looks great, if I could see something like that on the site I would get them hands down, I think they would look really good on a green bike also!

Thanks for posting on this. I want to get custom seats for my next bike, but by custom I'm hoping to narrow the seat so I can reach the ground better.

@Minikin_Jo these are not different seats, but just covers to put over the stock seats to give it a different appearance. I am pretty sure anyway

I just did the rear in white and I don't like it. Any suggestions for seat colors?

Yes eventually, but until then. What about the front seat?

Solid dark gray? I rather like the white though.

I would like the white if the color matched a little better. Gray might work. It needs some photoshopping.

Ouch. I'm with you -- not a fan of the white at all. I liked how it came originally, but I'm guessing changing it back is not an option?

Seat cowl (Just got mine woohaaa) and red where the green is for the front seat and if thats to much red for you then do red piping instead to tone the red down but I think red instead of green would look really nice.

@Peanut_EOD
What mods did you do to the 300? I know tires and plastics but did you change the gearing? Or wheel/head bearings? |
