How to remove this style throttle cable(raptor 80)

My guess:

Remove the zig-zag spring/retainer and remove the c-clip.

That. And then the needle valve will come out if you tip the slide or carb up side down revealing the hole the throttle cable goes through. C clip doesn't need to come off.

Thanks! I think the brass bucket that holds the throttle cable has glued itself shut. I think it is supposed to move up and down when you pull the throttle cable.

Thats the throttle slide and yes its supposed to move up and down. If penetrating oil doesn't get it moving Some heat may be needed to free that up.
